ZS E-Invoice Viewer – the solution!

With our solution, the ZS E-Invoice Viewer, you can easily visualize your e-invoices, check them, and generate all the necessary files required for invoice verification.

We offer both an online solution via our portal and a desktop version for Windows systems.

Here are some of the advantages of our solution:

• We guarantee that no invoice data is stored. In the online version, the e-invoice data is transmitted encrypted to the server for validation and PDF generation and is only temporarily held in the main memory during execution. In the desktop version, which runs locally on the PC, no invoice data is ever sent.
• Our software includes the validator from the ZUGFeRD community (Mustang) in the latest version. This allows the document to be checked and a validation report to be generated.
• The e-invoice may contain attachments (invoice-related documents) that can be displayed depending on the file format (e.g., image files, PDFs, etc.). All attachments can be exported using the software.
• A function allows all files (validation report, attachments, invoice view, etc.) to be exported as a ZIP file for evidence or further processing.
• An important part of our contract is the guarantee of continuous software development, which is necessary due to upcoming and future standard adjustments. Of course, we also always welcome customer requests and ideas for our applications and integrate them into our solution.
• Our subscription model is an enterprise license: you can install the application on all your PCs within the scope of invoice processing.
