The program areas Financial Management, Organizational and Information Management, and Human Resources Management prepare expert opinions and reports.

To date, more than 1,000 expert opinions and reports have been published, covering the entire spectrum of municipal management issues. The work results developed by the speakers of the KGSt together with municipal practitioners and academics form the basis for the administrative management of municipalities.
